DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Admissions will provide strategic and operational leadership in the development of a successful enrollment management program that recruits and enrolls qualified students to both the Main Campus and Distance Learning (when functional) programs while meeting the College’s enrollment targets. The Director of Admissions will develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment plan in collaboration with input from key PHC personnel that will include short-range and long-range enrollment forecasts and financial aid models that support the College’s strategic plan. The Director of Admissions must have a forward looking focus on competitive recruitment, with an emphasis on the use of modern technology, social media, the internet, and other inbound marketing tools.
