To manage , moniter, and evaluate the daily operations our Thrift Stores. Administers daily and moniters day to day operations. Serves as lead worker to subordinate store personnel and volunteers. Trains and instructs staff in proper methods for performing work and procedures. Plans, supervises and participates in the layout and display of store merchandise. Ensures the integrity of all cash transactions including credit cards. Prepares and maintains a variety of Thrift Store sales reports, records logs as required by our accounting office and the executive director.
