Franconia United Methodist Church, a growing and vibrant family-focused church in Northern Virginia, is currently looking for a paid part-time Director of Youth Ministries (DYM). The DYM is responsible for developing a meaningful program of discipleship, mission outreach, and fellowship for youth from 12-18 years of age. Working in coordination with the Pastor, the DYM will recruit, select, mentor and support volunteers as teachers, teacher assistants, and volunteers for special events. The position requires 15 hours per week including a minimum of 2 hours per week on site to meet with parents, volunteers and other staff members.
