Growing radio and TV ministry, Financial Issues Stewardship Ministries (FISM), is seeking a creative video producer for its flagship radio/TV program, “Financial Issues with Dan Celia”. Financial Issues is a 2 hour live call in Christian wealth management program that airs on more than 600 radio stations and is seen on television networks reaching more than 45 million households.

 

This position is responsible for assisting the Sr. Producer with daily live video production and in creating polished commercials, promos and distributing full programs to TV stations. The ideal candidate must be a Christ following team player who is humble and a proactive learner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle video pre-production and post-production for the daily live program.

  • Assists and leads in directing and filming video projects for the ministry

  • Operating live broadcast video switcher

  • Operating live graphics / Character Generation (CG)

  • Assist with live remote programs and other special programming.

  • Extensive videography skills including filming, editing and basic lighting skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Interest in the stockmarket and politics is a plus

  • Communicate Financial Issues creatively, clearly and effectively through video

  • Monitor and update video on the ministry’s website, as well video on YouTube

  • Track video analytics to measure performance and devise modifications

  • Assist the Sr. Producer to hire and coordinate with any talent or crew needed for projects

  • Participate in social media and advertising efforts with accompanying video

  • Maintain a library of archived video


Requirements:

  • Experience with Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Apple Motion or AfterEffects a plus

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous experience in video production a plus

  • The ability to interview subjects and help them feel comfortable on-camera

  • Experience writing scripts for videos a plus

  • Willing to travel on occasion to capture video of meetings, conferences, testimonials and interviews

  • Graphic design and or A/V Tech experience a plus
