We are looking for an experienced Customer Service /Account Manager. Please have experience. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. This positions is a full-time, contract to permanent hire for the right candidate. Please review job requirements below for consideration.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• 0-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
• Working knowledge of CRM programs such as ZenDesk, Salesforce & Zipwire
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
• Analytical and proactive with creative problem-solving skills
Must also have strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to handle high stress and multitasking.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
