AHLI is searching for a part-time Bookkeeper, up to 32 hours per week ($55-65K). If candidate is qualified, will consider for full-time Finance Manager role (salaries negotiable based on experience). Seeking qualified applicants for Part or Full time job depending on experience.

Must be local to office in Lancaster, PA for work in office with option to occasionally work from home.
Relevant four-year degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Ideal candidate must be proficient with computers, knowledgeable with Quickbooks and be a team-player. Manager role includes: Competitive compensation, healthcare and 401k.

AHLI was founded by Marvin and Ruth Powers and became an official Non-profit 501C3 Corporation in 1992. AHLI has been in business for 25 years. AHLI provides international students with an opportunity to experience the love of Christ while they stay in the homes of warm, caring Christian host families. International students arrive in the USA with a tentative itinerary prepared by AHLI and you, the Group Director. These itineraries can include, cultural trips, activities, leadership experiences and high school immersion opportunities within your home state. The Group Director will then make all the necessary arrangements and reservations for directing the group program. We offer training and access to all necessary on-line programs for each Group Director. Group Directors are contracted and paid through AHLI, they are not employees and do not have health insurance benefits. Group Directors work within the state where they live and they are self-employed on a part-time basis.
