Job Description:
We are in search of a Pastor of Worship Ministries to join the leadership team at Loudonville Community Church. We are a nondenominational evangelical church located in the capital district of New York. Qualifications include theological and musical education, as well as experience is worship ministry direction and leadership.

The ideal candidate would be a man of God whose character is more important than his performance, his passion for God is more important than his presiding over programs. This Pastor’s role ideally is to be an equipper and trainer of ministers, rather than the sole provider of ministry.
