CROSS Inc serves adults with intellectual disabilities by providing residential opportunities at three personal care homes in SC Pa.
We wish to provide a family environment and therefore have house parent(s) at each home. The house parent lives on site in their own apartment.
Our opening is at Cumberland Vista where we have 8 residents. The previous house parent has been there 6 years. This is a salaried position.
The position is open in May. We are looking for someone who understands our resident's need for security therefore is willing to stay for for a significant time. This is not a temporary ministry. We provide the necessary support and training.
It is our belief that our resident's have as much to teach us about God and we have to teach them. We "do life" together and grow together.
