You can do it all, ranging from: planning, organizing, writing biblically based content (focused on Israel) and immersive learning experiences for JH Israel. The Media Content Manager, Developer & Writer will shape our storytelling initiatives and develop captivating narratives for two audience demographics, taking participants ?one step closer to Israel.' JH Israel is a Christian nonprofit organization. Our mission is to collaborate with Israeli leaders to develop and support innovative educational initiatives via a biblical, values-based educational curriculum to impact Israel's next generation of leaders.

Key Responsibilities

This leadership position guides a cross-functional team of direct and indirect staff and develops processes to ensure that the organization’s content is created with excellence, and that it is fully utilized across media channels according to the strategies, goals, and objectives of the nonprofit.

1.          Strategic Plan Execution:

• Implement JH Israel's Media Content strategy and vision, coordinating with various
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to develop content that leverage video, articles, eBooks, podcasts, interviews, and other digital assets to enhance brand
• Formulate the strategic vision and blueprint and oversee production of content initiatives not owned by JH Israel.
• Conceptualize and design Israel based learning journeys that integrate multimedia elements within our 4 lanes of expertise:
  1. Jewish Roots (Feasts, Covenants, Sabbath, Hebrew language, etc)
  2. Israel in Prophecy Today
  3. Debunking Replacement Theology
  4. Discipleship: Uncommon Favor

2.          Leadership and Development:

• Lead team of creatives and vendors, fostering a culture of honor, collaboration, creativity and
• Direct, design, write and create compelling narratives, engaging content and addictive learning

3.          Production Management and Execution:

• Oversee all aspects of content production, from concept development to final execution in accordance with publishing calendar and
• Works closely with leadership and other internal and external content developers in development and prioritization of new content and the repurposing of existing content across a variety of delivery platforms.
• Integrate multimedia elements into learning experiences to enhance engagement and relationship
• Assesses and tests content to ensure quality standards and needs are met in the eyes of the target audience

4.          Budgeting and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage the Media Division's budget, allocating resources e?iciently to support strategic
• Evaluate and recommend investments in equipment, technology, and talent to enhance

Qualifications

• Israel travel
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in media with CMS and LMS, CMS track record of driving results, preferably with faith-based
• Strong writing and storytelling
• Strong multi-tasking ability with distribution channel
• Bachelor's degree in media studies, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a
• Longing to make a di?erence in God's unfolding story in Israel
