To champion the vision of connecting people to Christ through the Next Gen Ministries of the Crosspoint, South Crestview campus. This is primarily carried out by providing direction and oversight of all programming for the Kids Ministry (children birth through
5th grade) and Student Ministry (6th through 12th grade) by equipping kids and students to grow in their understanding of the Christian faith in order to ultimately have a relationship with Jesus Christ. This position will also include a part-time Kid's Minister
